Service always does a great job when I take my car in. Fast an efficient and they keep the lines of communication open the whole time.

I Got the truck back and there was grease everywhere inside. There was grease on the dash, passenger side windshield, the A pillar on the passenger side, seat belt and seat. The fuse box covers weren't snapped fully closed and there were electronic connections that were disconnected by the tech, leaving cables dangling from the passenger side dash. The front passenger side wheel still looks out of line and the front drivers side wheel cover is still rattling. We've had some challenges with the service from Turner before, but this visit was terrible.

I got a drop off appointment on Friday for the following Monday, then added work upon arrival Monday unexpectedly and it was all done on Monday. Thank you!
