Our car had to be towed to dealership. No loaner car available, so they rented car from Hertz. After leaving dealership we received no update on status, even when replying to text regarding service information, we received no updates. The next morning we called again for update and were told the vehicle was ready for pickup and they could find nothing wrong with vehicle. We live 60 miles from dealership and drove down to be told they had not test driven the vehicle and it was not ready. They had us wait while they took for test drive. Test drive showed issues and they sent us home. The following week the vehicle was repaired and they offered to deliver our vehicle and return rental. We thought this was great and accepted. Only issue is rental was returned to Hertz by Turner without being refueled first. Needless to say it would have been much more cost effective to have driven rental back ourselves. Lesson learned, this is second time we have been treated this way and they have lost repeat customer for life. We learned to only deal with local dealerships.

Service rep that we worked with tried to lie about the pricing quote he had given... tried to double it. Ultimately couldn't find anything wrong with the vehicle.
